{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-183.338","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 183.338","heading":"Use of term “noncitizen” in rules and regulations.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n      (a) “Noncitizen” means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.\n      (b) “State agency” means any state officer, board, commission, department, division, institution, branch or agency of the state government.\n      (2) A state agency shall use the term “noncitizen” to reference an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States when promulgating a rule or regulation that references an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.","path":["05 - State Government, Government Procedures, Land Use","18.
