{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-184.610","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 184.610","heading":"Definitions for ORS 184.610 to 184.665.","body":"As used in ORS 184.610 to 184.665, unless the context requires otherwise:\n      (1) “Commission” means the Oregon Transportation Commission.\n      (2) “Department” means the Department of Transportation.\n      (3) “Director” means the Director of Transportation.\n      (4) “STIP” means the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, which is a list of transportation projects that:\n      (a) Are to be implemented within four years following adoption or modification of the list;\n      (b) Are consistent with the long-range transportation plan developed pursuant to ORS 184.617; and\n      (c) Can be implemented with resources reasonably expected to be available.","path":["05 - State Government, Government Procedures, Land Use","18.
