{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-197.680","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 197.680","heading":"Legislative findings.","body":"The Legislative Assembly finds that:\n      (1) This state has a large stock of existing farmworker housing that does not meet minimum health and safety standards and is in need of rehabilitation;\n      (2) It is not feasible to rehabilitate much of the existing farmworker housing stock to meet building code standards;\n      (3) In order to assure that minimum standards are met in all farmworker housing in this state, certain interim measures must be taken; and\n      (4) Limited rehabilitation, outside city boundaries, must be allowed to a lesser standard than that set forth in the existing building codes.","path":["05 - State Government, Government Procedures, Land Use","19.
