{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-221.369","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 221.369","heading":"Deadline for appeal.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a notice of appeal must be filed and served within 30 days of the date of entry in the municipal court docket of the judgment or order being appealed.\n      (2) If a motion for a new trial or motion in arrest of judgment is timely served and filed, a notice of appeal must be served and filed within 30 days from the earlier of the following dates:\n      (a) The date of entry of the order disposing of the motion; or\n      (b) The date on which the motion is deemed denied.\n      (3) The appeal is perfected upon submission of the case record described in ORS 221.352.","path":["06 - Local Government, Public Employees, Elections","21.
