{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-238.500","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 238.500","heading":"Definitions for ORS 238.500 to 238.585.","body":"As used in ORS 238.500 to 238.585, unless the context requires otherwise:\n      (1) “Court” means the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, the Oregon Tax Court and a circuit court.\n      (2) “Judge” means a judge of any court.\n      (3) “Judge member” means a judge who is a member of the Public Employees Retirement System subject to ORS 238.500 to 238.585.\n      (4) “Service as a judge” means creditable service, as defined by ORS 238.005, by a judge as:\n      (a) A regularly elected or appointed judge of a court; or\n      (b) A regularly elected or appointed judge of a court temporarily in another court.","path":["06 - Local Government, Public Employees, Elections","22.
