{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-241.990","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 241.990","heading":"Penalties; jurisdiction.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, willful violation of any of the provisions of ORS 241.016 to 241.990 is a Class A misdemeanor.\n      (2) Willful false swearing in any hearing or investigation before the commission, or designated commissioner, is perjury and punishable as such.\n      (3) Violation of ORS 241.525 is a Class A misdemeanor.
