{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-242.712","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 242.712","heading":"Chairperson of commission; meetings; quorum.","body":"(1) Immediately after the appointment of all of its members the commission shall elect a chairperson. The commission shall hold such meetings as may be required for the proper discharge of its duties with a meeting at least once every 90 days and such additional meetings as are requested by any commission member. Any person subject to civil service may request a special meeting of the commission, which request shall be granted when good cause is shown therefor.\n      (2) Two members of the commission shall constitute a quorum, and the votes of any two commissioners concurring shall be sufficient for decision in all matters and transactions under ORS 242.702 to 242.824.","path":["06 - Local Government, Public Employees, Elections","22.
