{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-244.213","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 244.213","heading":"Contributions to fund.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, any person may contribute to a legal expense trust fund established under ORS 244.205 to 244.221.\n      (2) A person may make contributions of moneys to a legal expense trust fund in unlimited amounts. Pro bono legal assistance and other in-kind assistance may also be provided without limit and is considered a contribution subject to the reporting requirements of ORS 244.217.\n      (3) A political committee as defined in ORS 260.005 that is a principal campaign committee may not contribute to a legal expense trust fund.","path":["06 - Local Government, Public Employees, Elections","22.
