{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-247.125","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 247.125","heading":"Alteration of registration card prohibited; exceptions.","body":"(1) A person may not alter any information supplied on a registration card except:\n      (a) An elections officer in the performance of official duties.\n      (b) The person who supplies the information on the registration card for the purpose of registering to vote.\n      (2) A county clerk may not register a person who alters any information printed on a registration card regarding:\n      (a) The indication that the person is a citizen of the United States; or\n      (b) The signature statement in which the person attests to the person’s qualifications as an elector and the information supplied on the voter registration card.","path":["06 - Local Government, Public Employees, Elections","23.
