{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-25.503","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 25.503","heading":"Parties to support proceedings; notice.","body":"(1) In any proceeding under ORS 25.501 to 25.556, the following are parties and shall be given notice of any such proceeding by the administrator:\n      (a) The State of Oregon.\n      (b) An obligee who has physical custody of a child for whose benefit a support order or an order establishing parentage is sought, is being modified or is being enforced under ORS 25.501 to 25.556.\n      (c) A noncustodial parent or alleged genetic parent of a child when an action is initiated under ORS 25.501 to 25.556 to establish, modify or enforce a support or parentage order.\n      (d) A person joined as a party under subsection (2) of this section.\n      (2) Pursuant to administrative rule, a party may join a person who has physical custody of a child to a proceeding under ORS 25.501 to 25.556.","path":["01 - Courts, Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure","2.
