A district may not become a stockholder in, or lend the credit of the district to, an electric cooperative or a limited liability company. If a district becomes a member of an electric cooperative or of a limited liability company, the district may not exercise the power of eminent domain for the benefit of the electric cooperative or limited liability company.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","24.
