{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-271.445","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 271.445","heading":"Installation of fiber-optic lines on public land and in public right of way.","body":"(1) It is the intent of the Legislative Assembly that the state inform city and county governments of applications for the installation of fiber-optic lines on public land and in public rights of way that have been submitted to state agencies.\n      (2) The Governor shall direct the Department of Transportation and the Department of State Lands to take such action as necessary to ensure that affected city and county governments are informed of applications for the installation and maintenance of fiber-optic lines on public land and in public rights of way that have been submitted to the state agencies.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","25.
