If the value of the forest products, as appraised under ORS 273.525, exceeds $25,000, the department shall sell the forest products to the highest and best bidder at public auction, or through sealed bids, as the department may determine prior to offering the forest products for sale.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","25.
