{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-283.095","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 283.095","heading":"Authority for state agency to enter into financing agreement.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n      (a) “Financing agreement” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.085.\n      (b) “State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.089.\n      (2) If authorized by a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may enter into a financing agreement with a principal amount of $100,000 or less.\n      (3) Notwithstanding any authority in a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may not enter into a financing agreement in an amount that exceeds $100,000.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","26.
