{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-285b.799","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 285B.799","heading":"Biennial report by Oregon Business Development Department to legislature.","body":"On or before September 15 of each even-numbered year, the Oregon Business Development Department shall submit, in the manner required under ORS 192.245, to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to economic development, a report that sets forth the following information:\n      (1) The number and total dollar amount of RFPs received under ORS 285B.787;\n      (2) The number of awards and the amount of moneys awarded under ORS 285B.787;\n      (3) Information described in ORS 285B.787 (2)(b) from the approved proposals;\n      (4) Aggregated lender and qualified borrower data, including demographic data reported by lenders under ORS 285B.794 (3)(d);\n      (5) The aggregate performance of qualified loans;\n      (6) The average interest rate, term and amount of qualified loans;\n      (7) The cities and counties in which qualified borrowers use the qualified loan proceeds; and\n      (8) Any other information the department considers necessary or useful to include in the report.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","26a.
