{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-287a.632","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 287A.632","heading":"Meetings; quorum; personnel.","body":"(1) The Oregon Municipal Debt Advisory Commission shall meet:\n      (a) At the call of the chairperson; or\n      (b) At the request of:\n      (A) A majority of the members;\n      (B) The State Treasurer; or\n      (C) The Governor.\n      (2) A majority of all members of the advisory commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.\n      (3) The office of the State Treasurer shall provide the commission with administrative and clerical assistance required by the commission.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","27.
