{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-291.215","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 291.215","heading":"Governor’s budget to include amount for deferred maintenance and capital improvements.","body":"(1) Each biennium, the Governor shall propose as part of the Governor’s recommended budget an amount for deferred maintenance and capital improvements on existing state-owned buildings and infrastructure that is equivalent to at least two percent of the current replacement value of the state-owned buildings and infrastructure.\n      (2) As used in this section, “state-owned buildings and infrastructure” does not include:\n      (a) Buildings and infrastructure owned by or for the use of a public university listed in ORS 352.002 or a community college as defined in ORS 341.005; or\n      (b) Transportation infrastructure, including roads and bridges.","path":["07 - Public Facilities and Finance","28.
