{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-319.110","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 319.110","heading":"Cancellation of license on request of dealer or when licensee no longer a dealer.","body":"(1) The Department of Transportation may, upon written request of a dealer, cancel any license issued to such dealer, the cancellation to become effective 30 days from the date of receipt of the written request.\n      (2) If the department ascertains and finds that the person to whom a license has been issued is no longer engaged in the business of a dealer, the department may cancel the license of such dealer upon investigation after 30 days’ notice has been mailed to the last-known address of the dealer.","path":["08 - Revenue and Taxation","29.
