On receipt of the application, the department may issue to the applicant a user’s license without charge authorizing the applicant to use fuel in a motor vehicle in this state. The license is valid only for the person in whose name it is issued and is valid until canceled or revoked.","path":["08 - Revenue and Taxation","29.
