{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-326.543","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 326.543","heading":"Adverse possession.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n      (a) “Education service district” has the meaning given that term in ORS 334.003.\n      (b) “Facility” means the school operated under ORS 346.010.\n      (c) “Post-secondary institution” means:\n      (A) A community college as defined in ORS 341.005;\n      (B) A public university listed in ORS 352.002; and\n      (C) The Oregon Health and Science University.\n      (d) “School district” has the meaning given that term in ORS 330.005.\n      (2) The interest or estate of an education service district, a facility, a post-secondary institution or a school district in any real property may not be extinguished or diminished by adverse possession.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
