{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-327.833","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 327.833","heading":"Grant awards; rules.","body":"(1) The Department of Education shall award an Early Literacy Success School Grant to an eligible school district or public charter school that applies for a grant as provided by ORS 327.831. Moneys received under this section must be used as described in ORS 327.829 (2).\n      (2) A school district with an average daily membership, as defined in ORS 327.006, of 50 or less shall receive a minimum grant award under this section.\n      (3) The State Board of Education shall adopt any rules necessary for the distribution of grants under this section.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
