{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-329.752","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 329.752","heading":"Determination of school type for purpose of federal loan forgiveness programs.","body":"For the purpose of federal loan forgiveness programs offered to teachers, the type of school where a teacher teaches shall be determined as follows:\n      (1) The school shall be considered a secondary school if the school offers instruction in:\n      (a) Grades 6 through 12, or any part thereof; or\n      (b) Kindergarten through grade 12, or any part thereof, but the teacher is employed for the purpose of teaching any grade from grade 6 through 12.\n      (2) The school shall be considered an elementary school if the school offers instruction in:\n      (a) Kindergarten through grade 5, or any part thereof; or\n      (b) Kindergarten through grade 12, or any part thereof, but the teacher is employed for the purpose of teaching any grade from kindergarten through grade 5.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
