{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-329a.346","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 329A.346","heading":"Progressive enforcement system; rules.","body":"(1) The Department of Early Learning and Care may develop a progressive enforcement system for the rules promulgated pursuant to ORS 329A.030 and 329A.250 to 329A.450.\n      (2) The enforcement system developed under this section may establish:\n      (a) A set of progressively higher enforcement actions that the department may take in response to an individual’s or a child care facility’s violation of the rules described in subsection (1) of this section; and\n      (b) Standards for monitoring the compliance of individuals and child care facilities with the rules described in subsection (1) of this section.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
