{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-334.003","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 334.003","heading":"Definitions for chapter.","body":"For purposes of this chapter:\n      (1) “Component school district” means a common school district or a union high school district that:\n      (a) Is located within the territory of an education service district; and\n      (b) Is not withdrawn from the education service district as provided in ORS 334.015.\n      (2) “Education service district” means a district created under ORS 334.010 that provides regional educational services to component school districts.\n      (3) “Joint school district” means a common school district or a union high school district located within the territory of more than one education service district.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
