{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-342.433","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 342.433","heading":"Definitions for ORS 342.433 to 342.449.","body":"As used in ORS 342.433 to 342.449 and 350.100:\n      (1) “Diverse” means culturally or linguistically diverse characteristics of a person, including:\n      (a) Origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa but is not Hispanic;\n      (b) Hispanic culture or origin, regardless of race;\n      (c) Origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent or the Pacific Islands;\n      (d) Origins in any of the original peoples of North America, including American Indians or Alaska Natives; or\n      (e) A first language that is not English.\n      (2) “Educator” means a teacher or an administrator.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
