{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-346.110","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 346.110","heading":"Definitions for ORS 346.110 to 346.270.","body":"As used in ORS 346.110 to 346.270:\n      (1) “Commission” means the Commission for the Blind.\n      (2) “Person who is blind” means a person whose central visual acuity does not exceed 20/200 in the better eye with best correction or whose visual acuity, if better than 20/200, is accompanied by a limit to the field of vision to such a degree that its widest diameter subtends an angle of no greater than 20 degrees.\n      (3) “Person with a visual impairment” includes a person who is blind or has seriously impaired vision or who has a condition that might lead to blindness.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
