{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-348.440","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 348.440","heading":"Definitions for ORS 348.444 and 348.448.","body":"As used in ORS 348.444 and 348.448:\n      (1) “Nurse” means any person who is licensed under ORS 678.010 to 678.415 as a registered nurse.\n      (2) “Qualifying loan” means any loan made to a nursing student under:\n      (a) Programs under Title IV, parts B, D and E, of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended; or\n      (b) The Nursing Student Loan and Health Education Assistance Loan programs administered by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
