{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-350.265","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 350.265","heading":"Armed Forces recruitment on campuses; standards.","body":"(1) As used in this section, “institution of higher education” means:\n      (a) A public university listed in ORS 352.002;\n      (b) A community college operated under ORS chapter 341; or\n      (c) The Oregon Health and Science University.\n      (2) An institution of higher education shall allow members and agents of the Armed Forces of the United States to recruit on a public campus and shall set standards for such recruitment that are the same as for all other employment recruitment activities allowed on the campus.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
