{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-350.278","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 350.278","heading":"Disclosure of Social Security number of student attending public university.","body":"(1) A public university listed in ORS 352.002 may not disclose the Social Security number of a student who is attending the public university.\n      (2) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply if the public university discloses the Social Security number:\n      (a) At the request of a law enforcement agency or an agency providing child support services under ORS 25.080;\n      (b) After obtaining written permission for the disclosure from the student to whom the number refers;\n      (c) In the payment of wages or benefits;\n      (d) In the payment or collection of taxes or of a debt owed by the student to whom the number refers;\n      (e) For purposes of statistical analysis; or\n      (f) As otherwise required by law.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
