{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-358.575","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 358.575","heading":"Commission membership.","body":"(1) The voting members of the Oregon Heritage Commission shall be representatives of:\n      (a) Heritage interests, including Indian tribes with federal recognition, that reflect the cultural and geographic diversity of this state; and\n      (b) Heritage interests reflected in community institutions, libraries, museums, architecture, archaeology and historic preservation.\n      (2) The advisory members of the commission shall be:\n      (a) One member designated by the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development;\n      (b) The State Librarian or a designee of the librarian;\n      (c) One member designated by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission;\n      (d) One member designated by the Oregon Tourism Commission;\n      (e) One member designated by the Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n      (f) The Executive Director of the Oregon Historical Society or a designee of the executive director;\n      (g) The State Archivist or a designee of the archivist;\n      (h) The Coordinator of the State Historical Records Advisory Board or a designee of the coordinator; and\n      (i) The State Historic Preservation Officer or a designee of the officer.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
