{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-359.413","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 359.413","heading":"Board quorum; meetings.","body":"(1) A majority of the members of the Trust for Cultural Development Board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.\n      (2) The board shall meet at least once every three months at a place, day and hour determined by the chairperson. The board also shall meet at other times and places specified by the call of the chairperson or of a majority of the members of the board.\n      (3) The chairperson shall invite representatives of the core partner agencies to all meetings of the board.","path":["09 - Education and Culture","30.
