{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-36.226","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 36.226","heading":"Public bodies other than state agencies; confidentiality of mediation communications.","body":"(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, mediation communications in mediations in which a public body other than a state agency is a party are confidential and may not be disclosed or admitted as evidence in subsequent adjudicatory proceedings, as described in ORS 36.222 (7).\n      (2) A public body other than a state agency may adopt a policy that provides that all or part of mediation communications in mediations in which the public body is a party will not be confidential. If a public body adopts a policy under this subsection, notice of the policy must be provided to all other parties in mediations that are subject to the policy.","path":["01 - Courts, Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure","3.
