The receiver may prescribe forms or otherwise specify information required to be included in a claim.\n      (2) If the receiver determines that the estate is insufficient to provide distributions to creditors, the receiver may give notice that no claims process will take place in the receivership.","path":["01 - Courts, Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure","3.
