The department shall adopt written plans for protecting the signs from damage during construction.\n      (2) If any sign specified in subsection (1) of this section is damaged, destroyed or lost as a result of work on a highway done by the department, the department shall repair or replace the sign.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","31.
