{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-383.008","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 383.008","heading":"Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account.","body":"(1) The Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund and the State Highway Fund. Interest earned by the Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account shall be credited to the account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Transportation for the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project.\n      (2) The department may transfer moneys from the account to the Toll Program Fund for the purposes described in ORS 383.009 (2)(k).","path":["10 - Highways, Military","31.
