For purposes of the Oregon Securities Law, bonds issued by the authority shall be deemed to be securities issued by an instrumentality or a political subdivision of the State of Oregon.\n      (2) Interest payable on bonds of the authority shall be exempt from taxes imposed on income by the State of Oregon.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","31.
