{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-403.445","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 403.445","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in ORS 403.450, 403.455, 403.460 and 403.465 and section 1, chapter 825, Oregon Laws 2005:\n      (1) “FirstNet network” means a public safety broadband network designed to facilitate public safety data communications:\n      (a) As provided for in Title VI of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 (P.L. 112-96); and\n      (b) For which planning, construction and operation are overseen by the United States Department of Commerce.\n      (2) “Interoperability plan” means the Oregon Statewide Communication Interoperability Plan described in ORS 403.455 that:\n      (a) Is required by Title XVIII of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as amended;\n      (b) Is approved by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Office of Emergency Communications; and\n      (c) Is designed to ensure that emergency responders at all levels of government and across disciplines can communicate as needed, on demand and as authorized.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","32.
