{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-404.255","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 404.255","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in ORS 404.255 to 404.265:\n      (1) “Immediate family” has the meaning given that term in ORS 163.730.\n      (2) “Private search party” means any person that:\n      (a) Participates or offers to participate in an effort to locate a missing person;\n      (b) Intends to charge a fee, request donations or profit from a production in connection with such efforts;\n      (c) Is not acting as an agent of, at the request of, or pursuant to an agreement with a public body or federal governmental body; and\n      (d) Is not a qualified search and rescue volunteer as defined in ORS 404.200.\n      (3) “Production” means a photograph, motion picture, video recording or audio recording.\n      (4) “Public body” has the meaning given that term in ORS 174.109.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","32.
