{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-408.350","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 408.350","heading":"Educational materials about hepatitis C.","body":"(1) As used in this section, “veteran” means a person who is:\n      (a) A resident of Oregon; and\n      (b) A veteran as defined in ORS 408.225.\n      (2) The Department of Veterans’ Affairs shall provide, in written or electronic format, educational materials on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hepatitis C in veterans who are at high risk of contracting the disease.\n      (3) The department shall make the materials available to all veterans and health care providers.\n      (4) The materials shall include:\n      (a) The recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Liver Foundation relating to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hepatitis C; and\n      (b) Information from other groups that the department believes present reliable information concerning the increased risk to veterans of contracting hepatitis C.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","33.
