Allworth Veterans’ Home and the Roseburg Oregon Veterans’ Home facilities will not be sufficient to provide for the needs of the veterans of Oregon, the director may begin planning for and developing the Fourth Oregon Veterans’ Home.","path":["10 - Highways, Military","33.
