{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-409.470","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 409.470","heading":"Description of respite care services.","body":"Respite care services made available through the Oregon Lifespan Respite Care Program shall:\n      (1) Include a flexible array of respite care options responsive to family and caregiver needs and available before families and caregivers are in a crisis situation;\n      (2) Be sensitive to the unique needs, strengths and multicultural values of an individual, family or caregiver;\n      (3) Offer the most efficient access to an array of coordinated respite care services that are built on existing community supports and services;\n      (4) Be driven by community strengths, needs and resources; and\n      (5) Use a variety of funds and resources, including but not limited to:\n      (a) Family or caregiver funds;\n      (b) Private and volunteer resources;\n      (c) Public funds; and\n      (d) Exchange of care among families or caregivers.","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","34.
