{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-414.765","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 414.765","heading":"Periodic surveys of pharmacists regarding costs of dispensing prescription drugs.","body":"Every three years, the Oregon Health Authority shall:\n      (1) Conduct a survey of retail pharmacy providers that are enrolled as Medicaid providers in the state medical assistance program to determine the costs of the providers for dispensing prescription drugs; and\n      (2) If the survey indicates a change is needed in the professional dispensing fee reimbursement, submit to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services a request for a state plan amendment to change the professional dispensing fee reimbursement, as provided in 42 C.F.R. 447.518(d).","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","34.
