{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-418.995","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 418.995","heading":"Factors considered in imposing penalty.","body":"In imposing a penalty pursuant to ORS 418.992, the Director of Human Services shall consider the following factors:\n      (1) The past history of the child-caring agency incurring a penalty in taking all feasible steps or procedures necessary or appropriate to correct any violation.\n      (2) Any prior violations of statutes or rules pertaining to child-caring agencies.\n      (3) The economic and financial conditions of the child-caring agency incurring the penalty.\n      (4) The immediacy and extent to which the violation threatens or places at risk the health, safety and well-being of the children.
