The program shall:\n      (1) Address addiction as a chronic disease, recognizing that participants have individualized needs and different recovery progressions;\n      (2) Require compliance with program rules;\n      (3) Include a range of professional treatment services, recovery activities, engagement with peer mentors, educational and vocational services and self-help groups;\n      (4) Provide addiction treatment that incorporates proven, research-based interventions;\n      (5) Be trauma-informed and gender-responsive; and\n      (6) Be at least 270 days’ duration.","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","34.
