{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-423.150","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 423.150","heading":"Treatment for persons with substance use disorder.","body":"(1) The Department of Corrections shall:\n      (a) Provide appropriate treatment services to persons with substance use disorder who are in the custody of the department and who have moderate to severe treatment needs; and\n      (b) Determine which persons are eligible for treatment under this subsection using an actuarial risk assessment tool.\n      (2) Nothing in this section:\n      (a) Creates any claim, right of action or civil liability; or\n      (b) Requires a supervisory authority or the Department of Corrections to provide treatment to any individual under the authority’s supervision or in the custody of the department.","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","34.
