The program must employ a sustainable, comprehensive strategy to:\n      (a) Develop accessible and inclusive hiring practices of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities; and\n      (b) Encourage, educate and assist state agencies in implementing the hiring practices.\n      (2) The department may adopt rules as necessary to implement the provisions of this section.","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","35.
