{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-430.230","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 430.230","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this section and ORS 430.231, 430.238 and 430.243:\n      (1) “Comprehensive community supports and services” includes:\n      (a) Community-based mental health or substance use disorder treatment programs;\n      (b) Community restoration services as defined in ORS 161.355;\n      (c) Evidence-based and tribal-based programs designed to reduce hospital and jail utilization by target populations; and\n      (d) Programs aimed at diverting individuals with nonperson criminal charges experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders from the criminal justice system.\n      (2) “County” includes a single county or a regional consortium of counties.","path":["11 - Juvenile Code, Human Services","35.
