{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-433.010","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 433.010","heading":"Spreading disease prohibited; health certificates to be issued by health professionals; rules.","body":"(1) No person shall willfully cause the spread of any communicable disease within this state.\n      (2) Whenever the laws of this state require a person to secure a health certificate, such certificate shall be acquired from a physician licensed by the Oregon Medical Board or the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine, a physician associate licensed under ORS 677.505 to 677.525 or a nurse practitioner licensed under ORS 678.375 to 678.390 in accordance with rules adopted by the Oregon Health Authority.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
