{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-440.335","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 440.335","heading":"Election of officers of board of directors; duties; quorum.","body":"(1) The directors of a health district shall, at the time of their organization, choose from their number a chairperson, a secretary and a treasurer, who shall hold their offices until their successors are elected and qualified.\n      (2) These officers shall have, respectively, the powers and shall perform the duties usual in such cases.\n      (3) A majority shall constitute a quorum to do business and, in the absence of the chairperson, any other member may preside at any meeting.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
