Prefabricated and site-built accessory buildings and structures shall be consistent with the provisions of the state building code adopted pursuant to ORS 455.020 and 455.110 except where application of such standards would conflict with standards adopted under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 and would prevent the Department of Consumer and Business Services from enforcing the federal Act in Oregon.","path":["12 - Public Health","36.
